Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
OTE:£40K - Competitive base + uncapped commission

Role Overview
As an E-commerce Sales Exectuive, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling a range of e-commerce payment solutions to local businesses. You’ll focus on driving adoption of digital commerce tools, including QR code payments, pay-by-link, virtual transactions, and other online payment services.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively generate and manage leads via inbound and outbound channels
Present and demonstrate e-commerce solutions to potential customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings
Promote a variety of digital payment services tailored to business needs
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Build and maintain strong relationships with business customers, providing tailored solutions
Collaborate with account management and customer support teams to ensure excellent customer experience and smooth onboarding
Maintain accurate sales records and customer information using CRM software

Candidate Requirements
Proven e-commerce sales experience, ideally in B2B or digital payment solutions
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and website technologies (e.g., WordPress, WooCommerce)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
Passion for technology and digital payments is a plus
