A leading NHS trust in the UK is seeking an E-Commerce Procurement Specialist to manage supplier relationships and catalogue management. This role involves daily tasks such as liaising with stakeholders, and handling service desk queries and invoice disputes. Candidates should possess a good standard of education and ideally be working towards a CIPS qualification. Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust contains the largest procurement department in the NHS with over 130 colleagues and works closely with Greater Manchester Procurement and key local NHS Trusts.
Working in the E-Commerce department, the E-Commerce Procurement Specialist will have a varied role, taking on catalogue management, supplier relationship management and contracting activities. The role is key to maintaining links between purchase-to-pay and purchasing specialties.
Individuals will have the opportunity to work in a diverse professional team with learning opportunities such as NW Skills development training and CIPS.

Daily maintenance and management of catalogues and supplier relationship portfolios, liaising with key stakeholders internal and externally to develop the department’s presence in the Trust. Catalogue requisition production, service desk queries and invoice disputes also form part of routine daily tasks in addition to core supplier work.
