  • Maintain product catalogues, including pricing, images, and inventory updates.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
  • Assist customers with orders, payments, returns, and shipping queries.
  • Provide helpful product recommendations and support.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks related to e-commerce.
