A Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant is needed for a leading client in Burton Upon Trent. The selected candidate will analyse D365 business needs, define and document system requirements, and support system delivery. Responsibilities include providing D365 analysis to facilitate business and technology changes, acting as a business analyst to gather requirements and shape the product backlog, showcasing new possibilities to inspire stakeholders, and guiding partner solution designs with a configuration-first mindset.

Key skills and responsibilities,

  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant working with D365 CE is required.
  • Proficient in configuring D365 and analysing business requirements.
  • Strong understanding of processes that directly involve customers.
  • Skilled in fit-gap analysis, crafting functional design documents, and designing business processes.
  • Capable of effectively working remotely and managing tasks independently.
  • Excellent at managing stakeholders and communicating clearly.
  • Demonstrates problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
  • Familiarity with D365 Finance and Operations and Power Platform is beneficial, though not mandatory.
