What You’ll Be Driving

• Lead client-facing discovery workshops, translating business needs into functional designs that deliver value
• Configure and customise Dynamics 365 CE to reflect client goals and ways of working
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery
• Provide strategic input and best practice guidance across the full project lifecycle
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them maximise their D365 investment
• Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing across the project delivery team
