Qualifications

  • Experience working with the public face-to-face and over the telephone.
  • Ability to develop and maintain an electronic and/or manual filing system.
  • Experience in dealing with sensitive and stressful situations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support across the team.
  • Manage client data in the database accurately.
  • Liaise with suppliers and contractors about installations.
  • Handle procurement tasks and manage stock levels.
  • Process client referral forms and maintain records.
