We are looking for a Duty Officer, to join our friendly and professional team. Working with the Duty Managers and General Manager, ensuring performance potential is optimised and all work is carried out to the highest standard and leading the team of Lifeguards at the busy leisure pool.
You will be responsible as a Duty Officer for the day to day running of the leisure centre to the highest standard and will be offered the full opportunity to develop all the skills required for a Duty Manager. We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, and ideally has experience of working in a leisure environment, but more importantly, someone who has passion and drive, and is able to think on their feet, keep calm under pressure and able to deal with people from all walks of life.
