We are looking to recruit a Duty Manager for our store in Belfast. Are you our next superhero and looking to progress your retail management career? If so, we would like to hear from you. Join us during this exciting time of business growth.

Salary:

£31,000+ depending on experience

Responsibilities
  1. Sales: Deliver, maximise and exceed sales targets in store. Maintain availability of all products on the Shop Floor. Ensure the team’s familiarity with all products across all departments. Ensure customer purchases are carried out in accordance with Company guidelines.
  2. Customer Service: Deal with all customer queries promptly and effectively. Achieve and maintain company standards on housekeeping, floor presentation, and space planning. Participate in weekly stock takes, identify and report abnormal counts to the Store Manager.
  3. Staffing/Operations: Ensure staffing levels match business needs or in-store events. Prepare, monitor, and act on daily task boards. Drive the team’s knowledge of Top Sellers and Department Stock Loss. Assist the Store Manager with staffing issues, training, and performance reviews. Conduct cash handling, security, and daily spot checks on tills. Adhere to company cash/stock handling procedures. Responsible for opening and closing the store.

  • Proven track record as a Retail Manager in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Operational, leadership, planning, organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Target driven and customer service oriented.
  • Highly motivated, ambitious, and a self-starter with a can-do attitude.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
