Overview

This role is an exciting opportunity to become part of the store management team by being involved in managing the store team in the absence of the Shop Manager / Deputy Manager. The post holder will be responsible for great customer service working with our fantastic volunteer team. As part of this role you will become a Key Holder and will receive a full management induction program. This role may lead to further promotion within Cancer Research Wales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer: Deliver Best in Town service through customer interaction.
  • Lead the team by example and achieve great store standard.
  • Support the Shop Manager / Deputy Manager to assist in always driving great customer service.
  • Endeavour to strengthen and promote the Cancer Research Wales brand.
Desirable requirements
  • Hold a clean driving licence
  • Have access to a car
  • Where necessary travel by public transport.
