  • Schedule servicing, PMIs, and MOTs with VMU.
  • Maintain delivery records and prepare transport documents.
  • Support and manage transport staff and conduct performance reviews.

Salary

Salary: £(phone number removed)- £35,000.00 per year

Shift Pattern

4 On / 4 Off (Days) | 06:00 am - 18:00 pm

Responsibilities
  • Route Planning: Optimize delivery routes and schedules.
  • Driver Management: Assign routes, manage schedules, and monitor performance.
  • Communication: Act as the primary contact for drivers, clients, and internal teams.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to transport regulations and safety standards.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Schedule servicing, PMIs, and MOTs with VMU.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain delivery records, prepare transport documents, and generate operational reports.
  • Team Supervision: Support and manage transport staff, conduct performance reviews, and facilitate training.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in transport/logistics duty manager role

  • Proficiency in TMS, GPS tracking, and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards.
