Job summary

A leading independent research institute is seeking a proactive Workplace Manager to oversee facilities operations across Bangor and Lancaster. This role includes managing teams, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and maintaining efficient environments. The successful candidate must have a relevant qualification or equivalent experience and a Health and Safety qualification. • Manage budgets and procurement in line with organisational procedures.
