Responsibilities
  • You'll manage the day-to-day service function, coordinating engineers and third‑party suppliers to deliver fast, safe, and effective repairs and servicing.
  • Coordinate mobile, workshop, and third‑party repairs with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Handle service bookings, breakdowns, damage reports, and warranty cases.
  • Communicate regularly with customers, ensuring updates are timely and transparent.
