• Experience in coaching and delivering CPC training is essential.
• Must have knowledge of tachograph and Working Time regulations.
• Ability to adapt to changing plans and situations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Coaching drivers to use fuel-efficient driving techniques.
• Planning and delivering inductions for new drivers.
• Conducting ongoing training and general driving assessments.
• Supporting the Risk and Compliance Officer.
• Adjusting working hours to support driver development.
