Job Opportunity: Drainage Engineer

Location: Halifax, HX3 (Nationwide Travel Required)
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 (plus overtime, vehicle & company profit share)

About the Role:

A growing environmental services company is on the lookout for an experienced Drainage Engineer to join their dynamic team. The business specialises in complete drainage solutions across the UK, serving both private and public sector clients. The successful candidate will be confident in surveying and delivering drainage services and will contribute to the company's strong growth strategies and ambitious service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering core PPM drainage services to clients across the UK

  • Working collaboratively with the wider drainage team and directors

  • Identifying new service opportunities and supporting business development

  • Maintaining and enhancing high-quality service delivery

Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of drainage systems & containment systems

  • Proficient with CCTV survey equipment & electronic design tools

  • Experience in drain repair and remedial works

  • Willingness to travel nationwide and work independently or as part of a team

  • Experience working with vac-tankers

  • Advantageous qualifications:

    • Water jetting experience/certs

    • Confined space experience/certs
