Job summary

A leading construction firm in the United Kingdom is seeking an Estimator to work within the estimating team. You will create quotations for main contractors and sub-contractors, ensuring accuracy in accordance with project specifications. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 GCSEs, experience with architectural drawings, and strong Excel skills. This position offers full training and a supportive office environment.

Qualifications

• 3 GCSE's including Maths and English.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Experience with architectural drawings.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Create quotations based on architects' drawings.
• Ensure accurate entry of quotations into the CRM.
• Support handover meetings with the contracts team.
• Perform admin tasks to support the office.
