Domestic Assistant

Location: Colchester

Salary: £12.25 per hour

Hours Per Week: 18

At the organisation they are recruiting for a Domestic Assistant. The role is for 18 hours per week, worked over 3 6 hour shifts.

Please note this role does not qualify for visa sponsorship, as the salary requirements set by the Home Office are not satisfied.

The Role

As a Domestic Assistant it will be your role to ensure that the service cleanliness and hygiene is maintained to a high standard, meeting all internal and external regulatory standards.

The organisation is a high-dependency, residential care home providing 24-hour nursing and personal care for adults with disabilities, most of whom are younger.

People at the home have a wide range of individual choice, enabled by active support from staff. The service takes a person-centred, flexible approach. They know that everyone's needs and aspirations are different - that all sorts of things add up to a flourishing life.

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene to a high standard in the service, meeting internal and external regulatory standards.
