Refuge Manager - Domestic Abuse Services

Location : Leicester

Salary : Circa £30,800 per annum

Contract : Full-time, permanent

What You'll Be Doing

As Refuge Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the refuge, ensuring high standards of care and service delivery. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Recruiting, training, and supporting staff
  • Assisting residents with housing and benefit applications
