A women's organization is seeking a Refuge Manager to lead domestic abuse services in Coventry. This role involves managing teams, ensuring the safety of service users, and supporting marginalized communities. Location: Coventry (with travel across Leicester and Leicestershire)
Salary: c. £30,800 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm)
Annual Leave: 28 days plus excellent benefits
A long-established women's organisation, with over 45 years of dedicated service, is seeking a committed and experienced Refuge Manager to lead one of its specialist domestic abuse services. This is a vital role supporting women and children from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BME) backgrounds, many of whom are navigating the complex impacts of forced marriage, honour-based violence, and abuse.
This organisation provides emergency and temporary accommodation alongside community outreach and legal support. The successful candidate will oversee a small team of part-time and full-time staff and will play a key role in ensuring the safety, dignity, and empowerment of service users.
