We’re seeking passionate and forward-thinking Domain Architects to join our team and shape the future of finance at Weir. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead enterprise-wide transformation by designing and governing integrated finance solutions built on standardised end-to-end value streams. You’ll partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic objectives, ensure architectural excellence, and drive innovation across our global business domains—creating a seamless, scalable foundation for growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead finance transformation initiatives in partnership with the Product Domain Lead, acting as deputy and escalation point with readiness for full domain leadership.
  • Own and govern end-to-end finance processes, ensuring integration and alignment across business domains such as Source to Pay, Order to Cash, and Data to Insights.
  • Design, implement, and optimise finance solutions that align with enterprise architecture and strategic business goals, collaborating with IT, business, and external partners.
  • Drive architectural consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement by embedding best practices, fostering innovation, and staying current with industry trends.
  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviours in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of relevant technologies, frameworks and tools within the domain include SAP S/4 Hana.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the domain and its specific regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
