A record management solutions provider in the United Kingdom is seeking a Document Scanning Shift Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations of the mailroom team from 6am to 2pm. In this role, you will supervise a team, ensuring all service requests are completed accurately and promptly, while maintaining operational standards and procedures. We are currently seeking Document Scanning Shift Supervisor to manage our 6am to 2pm shift. You will take responsibility for supervising all day to day operational service provision functions and activities of an assigned team, in the most cost effective and customer satisfying manner, whilst championing and implementing Iron Mountain policies & procedures. The role will manage the operational mailroom in accordance with project procedures. The Document Scanning Shift Supervisor will oversee teams who encompass all aspects of mailroom delivery including: mail receipt, threat checking, opening, batching, registration, validation, scanning, quality checks, storage activities and returning mail/out bounding duties.
