About the Role

We are seeking a Document Quality Specialist to manage the organisation’s Integrated Management System (IMS) and Document Management System (DMS). You will ensure documentation remains accurate, compliant and up to date, while supporting stakeholders with workflows, reporting and audit activities across the North West Europe region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage IMS and DMS documents to ensure compliance and timely review
  • Track and report overdue documents through workflow processes
  • Support development and control of templates, procedures and data systems
  • Assist with internal reporting and stakeholder queries
  • Manage archived records and define record retention policies
  • Support migration from hard copy filing to electronic systems
  • Re-template policies and procedures to meet document control standards
  • Support internal auditing processes, including report writing
About You

You will be detail-focused, organised and passionate about accuracy and quality. You bring:

  • Experience with document management systems and strong MS Word skills
  • Knowledge of document control and procedure writing
  • Advantageous understanding of ISO9001, internal auditing and SharePoint
