An established industry player is seeking a Document Controller to manage project documentation and provide essential administrative support. In this role, you will utilize Construction Management Software to ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date across various sites. You'll be responsible for preparing progress reports, managing site files, and training team members on Procore. Job Description – Document Controller
The role of Document Controller is to ensure that all of our projects documentation and information flows are up to date and accurate on all sites, whilst providing integral admin support to the Operation/Commercial delivery teams. You will be proficient with the Construction Management Software, Procore. In addition, you will be required to ensure that progress meetings are managed and that the progress reports are prepared and issued in a timely manner.
Admin support will vary from site to site, depending on the site needs and requirements.
