Job summary

A leading construction contractor in the West Midlands is looking for a Document Controller to manage project documentation between site and the regional office. The position is full-time and initially based in Solihull and a project in North Birmingham. Candidates with experience in document management and familiarity with Asite software are highly preferred. This role promotes diversity and equality in the workplace.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Document Controller.
  • Ability to manage documents effectively in a construction environment.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise between site and office.

Responsibilities

  • Work between site and the regional office on a full-time basis.
  • Ensure that all project documents are up-to-date and accessible.
  • Support the project team with documentation and record-keeping.

O'Neill & Brennan are looking to speak with experienced Document Controller in relation to a permanent opportunity with Tier 1 Contractor.

This is a national contractor who have a regional office in Solihull and various projects throughout the West Midlands. Initially the role will be based between Solihull and a project in the North of Birmingham.

Our client is expecting candidates to be working between site and the regional office on a full-time basis. Experience with the Asite software would be beneficial.
