The role requires management experience in a medical or high-end retail environment, supporting performance improvements and team inductments. Job Title – Divisional Support Manager (DSM)
Location – Birmingham & South East
Hours of Work – 40 hours per week, with some weekend working required.

Due to our continued success and growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Divisional Support Manager to join our team. The role can be based in one of our Midlands, or South East England clinics, and will require some travel within the division. Candidates will have a background in medical, aesthetics, cosmetics or in High End retail, with a minimum of 5 years management experience, with a strong focus and experience of driving performance improvement with your teams.
