Job description

The primary aim of this role is to provide comprehensive and proactive administrative support for divisional staff and activities undertaken in the School. The post holder will be a key administrative point of contact working within the Division of Psychology, Communication & Human Neuroscience and will ensure questions, issues and concerns are dealt with effectively and efficiently. The post holder will be primarily responsible for providing support to Academic and Research colleagues and PG students with finance processes, booking travel and accommodation, servicing meetings, as well as looking after estates matters.

The post holder will be assigned to the Division but will be employed by the School and as such may be required to support other areas, from time to time, across the School. There will be a considerable need to respond to change in the foreseeable future and the post holder will actively work to support senior managers in achieving this objective.

Interviews are going to be held on Wednesday 17th December.
