We are actively seeking a dynamic Level 2 Diving Instructor to become an integral part of our vibrant team at Trowbridge Sports Centre. Our commitment revolves around providing every customer with an enjoyable experience at our leisure campuses across Wiltshire.

Role Overview

As the Level 2 Diving Instructor, you will deliver engaging and innovative diving lessons to participants, ensuring that they are safe but also effective during both dry-side and wet-side elements of our lessons whilst following the Swim England Diving awards 1-7.

Responsibilities

• Screen prospective pupils to ensure safety and suitability for classes.
• Maintain weekly records of attendance and progress.
• Be available to customers before and after sessions to answer queries, motivate, and guide.
• Guide and support Level 1 Diving Assistants, offering advice on planning lessons and developing diver skill chains.

Qualifications

• Valid Level 2 diving qualification recognised by the governing professional body.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven track record in customer care within a leisure environment.
