As part of our Homes compliance team, you'll proactively make sure we fulfil our obligations as a landlord, overseeing electrical installations, lifts, and lifting equipment: keeping our customers safe and our properties compliant.
With outstanding technical knowledge, you'll have successfully managed compliance risk for a social housing provider and be confident building brilliant relationships with contractors and specialist consultants, ensuring that technical specifications and standards are met.
As the named responsible person in relation to our regulatory and legislative responsibilities, you'll have a strong compliance background and hold a City & Guilds/NVQ 3 in Electrical Discipline AM2 and C&G IEE Wiring Regulation 18th Edition. You'll also use data intelligently to deliver exceptional performance and a service that keeps getting better, making sure we provide safe homes for our customers.
