A leading supermarket chain is seeking an Optical Manager in Liverpool to oversee and manage the optical department. The successful candidate will lead a team of optometrists and optical assistants, ensuring high-quality patient service and compliance with processes. Responsibilities include managing sales forecasting and developing team members. A competitive salary and excellent benefits are offered, along with support from the Home Office teams.

With access to the wider Asda network, you will be supported by our Home Office teams who can offer clinical support and a team of Area Managers who will work alongside you to get the most out of your role every day. You will also be provided with regular business updates and feedback on your performance. Rota: Week 1 Monday to Friday 9‑6; Week 2 Saturday to Friday 9‑6; Wednesday off.
