Role Purpose

Co‑ordination of all functions required to enable the safe, secure, on‑time departure of an aircraft within scheduled turn‑around times in accordance with the relevant Ground Handling Manual. Responsible for ensuring the Menzies Aviation product is delivered consistently in line with service level standards and company policies and procedures.

What You Will Be Doing

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction at every step of the journey.
• Gather, input, and process all data and documentation required for safe and secure turn‑around, including weather reporting and notams, LDM.
• Carry out pre‑arrival inspections and aircraft footprint area hazard/FOD checks.
• Report any faults or irregularities with equipment, facilities, systems or processes to appropriate management, airport authority and/or crew.
• Assist with disruption management.
