A police force in the UK is seeking motivated individuals to join as support to officers. You will be responsible for monitoring radio communications and ensuring officer welfare while deploying officers to incidents. Successful candidates should have a solid background in customer service, exhibit teamwork, and possess great communication skills. The role requires individuals to be at least 18 years old and to have resided in the UK for a minimum of three years. Comprehensive training and a competitive salary are offered.

Successful candidates will be invited to attend an Assessment W/C 5th January 2026, 17:30 – 21:00. Attendance is mandatory.
Initial training: eight weeks, Monday to Friday (08:00‑16:00hrs), followed by mentoring on a 24/7 shift basis. No leave will be granted during the training period.
Basic salary: £29,109 p/a, with shift allowance (20%) and weekend enhancement (14.90%). Shift allowances and weekend enhancements are not payable during the initial training period.
