Key Responsibilities
  • Gate Management: Efficiently check trucks in and out of NVD sites, verifying documentation and ensuring compliance with site safety protocols.
  • Load Lane Coordination: Actively manage and organise load lanes to ensure transporters are positioned correctly for timely departures.
  • Driver Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, providing clear instructions and resolving any immediate logistical hurdles.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain accurate digital and manual logs of vehicle movements and load status.
  • Safety Oversight: Ensure all site movement adheres to health and safety regulations, maintaining a secure environment for all personnel.
