As a Director in our high-performing and inclusive team, you will work with some of the world's leading organisations, shaping and delivering transformative solutions across operations and supply chain. You will leverage your extensive experience to influence C-suite agendas, mentor the next generation of leaders, and collaborate across the breadth of EY. You will work with cutting-edge technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, IoT, Advanced Digital Platforms. Our clients trust us to deliver lasting value. As a Director, you will be accountable for the success of major client programmes, business development, operational excellence, and the growth and development of our people.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and strengthen senior client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor bringing depth of experience in at least one area of supply chain i.e., operations, planning, procurement, manufacturing, etc
• Lead the design and delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary transformation programmes, ensuring alignment with client strategy and measurable outcomes
• Anticipate client needs and market trends, proactively shaping solutions and thought leadership that address emerging challenges

Business Development

• Drive business development, originating and converting opportunities to grow our SC & O practice
• Represent the firm in the market through thought leadership, public speaking, and industry forums
• Collaborate across sectors and service lines to bring the best of our global expertise to clients

Operational Excellence

• Oversee the successful delivery of large-scale projects and programmes, ensuring quality, timeliness, and profitability
• Establish and maintain rigorous governance, risk management, and reporting frameworks
• Champion continuous improvement and innovation in our methodologies and delivery

People Development

• Inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing, diverse teams
• Act as a sponsor and coach for future leaders, fostering a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and excellence
• Lead by example in upholding our values

• Supply Chain Transformation: Led end-to-end supply chain transformations, including strategy, design, and delivery of people, process, and technology change.
• Digital Supply Chain / Technology: Deep experience implementing advanced supply chain technologies and digital solutions.
• Supply Chain Planning: Expertise in demand and supply planning, S&OP, segmentation, inventory optimisation, and related technologies.
• Commercial & Procurement: Leadership in procurement strategy, operating model design, category management, strategic sourcing, contract management, and procurement technology.
• Operating Model Transformation: Shaping and delivering operating model strategy and transformation at enterprise scale.
• Supply Chain Strategy: Advising on supply chain strategy, segmentation, and performance improvement across the value chain.

You will have deep expertise in one or more of the following areas, with broad experience across others.
