Qualifications

  • Experience in supporting senior leadership in higher education or NHS/Medical setting.
  • Experience managing diaries, inboxes and logistics independently.
  • Experience in an academic, research, clinical or public-sector setting is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Director's complex diary and ensure priority alignment.
  • Handle high-volume inbox communications with discretion and care.
  • Prepare meeting packs, briefings and follow-up notes.
  • Book national and international travel with detailed itineraries.
  • Draft and edit high-level documents, emails and reports.
  • Liaise with senior stakeholders, including Board members.
  • Take and distribute formal minutes.
  • Support the Director's involvement in collaborative and strategic projects.
  • Coordinate visits and meetings, including logistics and hospitality.
  • Maintain up-to-date records and handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Support general office and operations team duties as needed.
