The Director, Revenue Marketing will develop and execute strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and demand generation, ultimately fueling the Kyriba sales pipeline. Key duties include managing marketing strategies, collaborating with sales, analyzing marketing-sourced pipeline and bookings performance with data, and optimizing marketing channels to increase revenue. The Director, Revenue Marketing will focus primarily on the optimization and performance of Kyriba’s top performing pipeline source—inbound handraisers coming to Kyriba.com.
Reporting to the VP, Revenue Marketing, this role will also help invent and own the process for analyzing real-time buyer behavior and intent signals to inform and personalize marketing outreach. Key responsibilities include collecting and interpreting data from various sources like website interactions, social media, and company changes, then using these insights to trigger timely and relevant campaigns and messaging.
This role requires a strong foundation in data analytics and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
You’ll work closely with go-to-market leaders to turn high-level goals into real, scalable systems. You’ll spot gaps, solve for edge cases, and ensure the entire funnel—from first meeting to renewal—runs smoothly and intelligently.
