This is a chance to steer city-wide mobility planning, influence regional integration, and guide future-facing transport systems—from autonomous mobility to airspace management. If you thrive at city scale, love complexity, and want to build a transport ecosystem from the ground up, this is your moment.

What You'll Lead
  • Own the Transport Vision: Drive the citywide transport strategy, modelling and development controls that shape the region's mobility future.
  • Build a Fully Integrated Mobility Ecosystem: Ensure all transport systems—from roads to next‑gen mobility—are aligned, data‑driven, and future‑ready.
  • Guide Phasing & Network Readiness: Match mobility activation with development timelines to keep the city flowing seamlessly as it grows.
  • Shape Policy for a Future‑Smart City: Develop policies for EV charging, zero‑emission zones, logistics, AI mobility, autonomous vehicles, airspace, events, and more.
  • Lead Governance & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with regional authorities, government entities, service providers, and internal development teams.
  • Own the Strategic Transport Model: Maintain, evolve, and leverage the model to drive decision‑making across the entire city lifecycle.
  • Champion Customer Experience: Ensure mobility is not just functional, but exceptional—for residents, visitors, and businesses.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Master's degree preferred (Engineering, Project Management, etc.).
  • 25+ years of relevant transport, mobility, or infrastructure experience.
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Deep expertise in large‑scale transport planning, modelling, and strategy.
  • Experience managing complex stakeholders and government engagements.
  • A passion for future mobility, innovation, and smart‑city transport.
