About the Position

• Lead and develop the strategic direction of the Spa & Wellbeing division
• Deliver an exceptional and seamless luxury experience for every guest
• Manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and KPIs to ensure profitability and growth
• Recruit, train, and inspire a talented team of spa and fitness professionals
• Implement innovative wellness programs and partnerships
