Key responsibilities include :

Developing and implementing comprehensive sales PR and marketing strategies across traditional and digital platforms.

Crafting compelling social media content and managing online campaigns to enhance engagement and visibility.

Building strong relationships with media influencers and key stakeholders to support brand and sales initiatives.

Conducting market analysis identifying trends and optimizing strategies to maintain competitive positioning.

Managing advertising promotional activities and annual marketing budgets.

Mentoring and empowering sales reservations and business development teams to achieve their full potential.

Collaborating on pricing revenue management and forecasting with hotel leadership.

Qualifications :

Proven track record in hospitality sales and marketing at a leadership level with expertise in social media PR and market analysis. A creative vision and strong analytical skills are essential!

Qualifications :
  • Strong experience or background as Director of Sales or Assistant Director of Sales and ready to take the next step.
  • Understanding of marketing and e-commerce strategies to further enhance the profile of the hotel
  • Excellent knowledge of the hotel market MICE agencies & Social media & PR campaign
  • Ability to drive new initiatives and campaigns in line with brand standard to maximize revenue potential
  • Confident and inspiring to lead and develop the team to ensure the best possible results
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets

  • Efficient in using Microsoft office and systems related to online platforms.
