Director of Sales – Enterprise Blockchain Security (Europe)

Location: London (Hybrid)

Compensation: $130,000 – $150,000

We are a fast‑growing blockchain security company seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Director of Sales to spearhead our expansion across Europe. This key leadership role will drive revenue growth, build strategic relationships, and manage complex high‑value sales cycles from prospecting through closing. You will represent our solutions to leading institutional clients in the digital asset ecosystem.

As a proven hunter, you will own the entire sales engine for the European territory. This field‑based role requires high autonomy to generate and qualify a robust pipeline through proactive outreach. Your responsibilities include identifying and engaging institutional clients, delivering tailored product demonstrations, and collaborating cross‑functionally to ensure client needs are translated into customized blockchain security solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Leadership: Lead sales efforts and drive significant revenue growth across Europe.
  • Pipeline Generation: Generate and qualify pipeline through proactive outreach and consistent multi‑channel prospecting, maintaining high activity levels.
  • Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to high‑value closing of complex deals.
  • Client Engagement: Identify and engage institutional clients and strategic partners, delivering tailored product demonstrations that align with their specific security and digital asset requirements.
  • Market Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings as a technical and business liaison.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing and partnership teams to maximize sales opportunities.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5–7 years of senior sales experience with direct responsibility for complex high‑value deals.
  • Domain Expertise: Extensive enterprise sales experience, ideally in crypto or fintech; experience in the blockchain or crypto space is a must.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of blockchain digital assets and custody solutions.
  • Track Record: Proven ability to close complex deals and consistently exceed quotas.
  • Technical Acumen: Ability to bridge between product and business needs with a solid technical foundation.
  • Autonomy: A self‑driven, independent professional able to operate solo in a territory with remote support from a global team.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Location: Based in London with willingness to travel across Europe.
Preferred Qualifications (Advantages)
  • Existing relationships with financial institutions, banks or digital asset platforms in Europe.
  • Familiarity with the institutional crypto market landscape.
  • Previous experience building or scaling a new territory.
