Director of IT M&A & Integration (Permanent)

Rate: £900 - £1,000 p/d OUTSIDE IR35
Location: UK-based, with 2 days per week onsite in Cambridge

A highly acquisitive, growth-focused organisation is seeking a Director of IT M&A & Integration to support a fast-paced, acquisition-led strategy. With multiple high-value transactions underway, this role is central to delivering rapid, low-risk technology integration and value realisation post-acquisition.

Reporting into senior leadership, you will own the end-to-end technology integration agenda, from Day 1 readiness through to TSA exit and full separation from seller environments. This includes detailed analysis and integration of applications, infrastructure, EUC, contracts, licences, SLAs, and core enterprise platforms, ensuring acquired businesses are stabilised and integrated at pace.

The successful candidate will bring significant director-level experience delivering complex technology integrations in acquisition-heavy environments. Strong Microsoft 365 and SharePoint expertise is essential, alongside a clear understanding of licensing and identity models and broad knowledge across ERP, enterprise applications, infrastructure, and end-user computing. Commercial acumen, pace, and senior stakeholder credibility are critical.
