The RGS Group of Schools is seeking to appoint an exceptional Director of Estates to provide strategic leadership, direction and governance for the Estates function across the Group.
This is a pivotal senior role, responsible for shaping, delivering and continuously evolving a long‑term, sustainable estates strategy that supports educational excellence, organisational growth and financial resilience across our school sites. Working collaboratively with senior leaders and Governors, the Director of Estates will ensure that our physical environments are safe, compliant, sustainable, inclusive and fit for the future. This role would suit a flexible, highly motivated senior leader with strong communication skills and a collaborative leadership style.

This role will involve contact with children.
