A leading investment platform in the UK is seeking an experienced individual to lead their engineering strategy within the Accounts domain. You will be responsible for guiding technical direction, managing multiple engineering squads, and ensuring scalable architecture. Ideal candidates will have substantial experience in high-growth, cloud-native environments and a track record of improving delivery processes. The salary ranges from £115,000 to £130,000 depending on experience, with additional perks and a hybrid work model.

This is a flexible‑hybrid position with two days a week in our London office and occasional travelling to Edinburgh or Bath each quarter.

A salary between £115,000 and £130,000 – dependant on experience + reviewed annually
