The Role
  • Lead and develop the Commercial Property department as Director, driving performance and strategy.
  • Advise on a wide range of commercial property transactions, including leases, sales, purchases, and re-mortgages.
  • Support Corporate & Commercial colleagues with the property aspects of business sales and acquisitions.
  • Draft, review, and issue high-quality legal documentation, including transaction reports.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and professional contacts.
  • Play an active role in business development, helping the department and firm continue to grow.
You
  • A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 5 years’ experience in Commercial Property.
  • Strong technical knowledge of property law and conveyancing processes.
  • Proven ability to manage complex matters and deliver excellent client outcomes.
  • Natural leadership qualities with the ability to support and inspire colleagues.
  • Commercially aware, detail-driven, and highly organised.
