  • Location: London, U.K. (Hybrid)
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

Role Summary:

Lead growth and revenue expansion strategies for CSC’s Corporate Trust and Agency business across the EMEA region. Focus on originating new business and building strong client relationships in project finance and loan agency markets. Collaborate across teams and geographies to drive business development and market positioning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute growth strategies and go-to-market plans for Corporate Trust & Agency services
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by originating and closing new business deals in EMEA
  • Leverage deep knowledge of CSC’s trust services to align offerings with client needs (issuers, bankers, lawyers, DFIs)
  • Maintain strong client relationships to inform product/service development and enhancement
  • Identify market opportunities and build brand awareness
  • Coordinate RFP responses and new business proposals
  • Collaborate with Transaction Management, Risk, Compliance, Operations to ensure service alignment
  • Share market insights internally to help adapt services for project finance and loan agency markets
  • Work with cross-geography teams for cross-selling opportunities
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate trust or international capital markets with proven sales or business development success
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, marketing, or related discipline
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Creative problem-solving skills to tailor CSC’s platform to client challenges
  • Proven ability to build and grow client relationships
  • Highly motivated, strategic, proactive, with strong client service orientation
  • Comfortable working in multicultural teams
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Salesforce
