Our global team consists of over 100 dedicated investment professionals managing a diversified global portfolio of C$39b AUM across the energy, transport and digital sectors.
The Director / Managing Director, Infrastructure Asset Management with a specialisation in finance is responsible for evaluating and enhancing the operational and financial performance of OMERS Infrastructure’s portfolio companies. This role works directly with portfolio companies to strengthen the finance function’s ability to provide timely, accurate and relevant financial information and KPI dashboards to track the financial performance of the company against the value creation targets set in the Business Plan.
The Director / Managing Director partners with the OMERS asset management teams and the portfolio company’s finance teams to implement performance improvement initiatives, optimise financial operations, and drive sustainable growth throughout the investment lifecycle. By leading financial transformation, this role ensures long‑term value creation across the portfolio. In addition, the Director / Managing Director plays a key role in transaction activities, participating in financial due diligence for new acquisitions to assess the maturity of financial capabilities and preparing companies for successful exits. This includes ensuring financial models, reporting, and performance metrics align with buyer expectations and support the equity growth story.
