A leading digital asset firm seeks a Director of Business Development to lead institutional sales strategies for custody and execution services. This role requires extensive experience in the asset management market, fluency in German and/or French, and the ability to manage complex client relationships. You will develop market strategies, identify opportunities, and contribute to the organization's vision while interfacing with various internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven success selling to large institutional asset allocators.
• Fluency in German and/or French preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in the UK/EU.
