Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant U.S. tax experience, ideally within a Big 4 or in-house.
• Extensive experience with U.S. partnership and corporate tax compliance.
• Prior exposure to international jurisdictions including FATCA, CRS is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage U.S. tax compliance and consulting engagements for partnerships.
• Review and prepare U.S. tax returns and forms.
• Advise on fund formation and investment structuring.
