Accountabilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team of data analysts and BI specialists, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Data and Analytics function, aligning with overall business objectives.
- Establish departmental goals, KPIs, and operational procedures to ensure excellence in execution and measurable impact.
- Oversee analytics and business intelligence initiatives, including the development of dashboards, reports, and audience analysis strategies.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams such as content, marketing, product, and sales to optimize strategies and drive revenue.
- Architect and manage the data ecosystem, ensuring scalable, accurate, and secure collection, integration, and utilization of data across platforms.
- Lead data governance, platform strategy, and technology evaluation to advance the company's data capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Significant experience in data and analytics leadership roles, including managing and mentoring high‑performing teams.
- Proven expertise with modern BI and analytics platforms, including Microsoft (Power BI, Fabric) and Google (Analytics, BigQuery) ecosystems.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage multiple high‑priority initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex data into strategic narratives for senior executives.
- Familiarity with digital marketing metrics, content performance, and subscription‑based business models.
- Preferred: experience in Data Engineering concepts, ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, SQL or Python proficiency for advanced analysis.
