Responsibilities
  • Produce Winning Work: Manage global pitch processes from initiation to post-pitch strategy, ensuring alignment with our core capabilities.
  • Lead Teams: Guide and inspire cross-functional teams, identifying strategies to win and removing obstacles to success.
  • Design and Deliver Pitches: Own the pitch delivery plan, leveraging insights across media, data, tech, and more.
  • Close Collaboration: Foster partnerships across Publicis to ensure cohesive and effective strategies.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Extensive background in media, creative, PR, integrated marketing & demonstrable experience in business development at Associate Director level or similar.
  • Leadership: Confidently lead projects and/or teams, able to manage expectations with senior executives.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to foresee opportunities and develop innovative strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional storytelling, writing, and editing abilities.
  • Project Management: Strong organisational skills and ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Proactivity: A self-starter attitude with a relentless drive to achieve results.
