Opportunity

As an AI and Digital Strategy leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving AI and digital transformation initiatives for our clients. You will identify commercial and operational value creation opportunities, re‑imagine business processes, redefine operating models, and deliver tangible performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges, and identify opportunities for leveraging AI and digital technologies to define value creation opportunities and deliver superior commercial and operational performance.
• Develop and implement comprehensive AI strategies that align with clients’ digital transformation goals and overall business strategy.
• Advise clients on integrating AI technologies into their existing digital ecosystems to optimize processes, enhance decision‑making, and create competitive advantages.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor in AI and digital strategy.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to design digital/AI transformation roadmaps and execute complex digital/AI transformation projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business or MBA.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in management consulting, focusing on operational performance improvement, value creation, AI, digital strategy, emerging technology.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital transformation projects.
• Strong conceptual understanding of AI technologies (GenAI, machine learning, NLP, computer vision) and their application in a business context.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
• Willingness to travel as required to meet client needs.
