We’re establishing and rapidly growing a team of high-impact Direct Sales Executives. This is your chance to be a pioneer and help shape the future of field sales at The Modern Milkman.

What you\'ll do…

This is a variable activity role that combines the best of field sales and marketing:

  • Door-to-door selling in and around Manchester and across the UK
  • Street selling and sampling - represent our brand and win new customers through face-to-face engagement
  • Take part in larger PR and brand activities - from city centre activations to unique marketing campaigns
  • Build genuine relationships with customers who LOVE sustainable, farm-fresh produce
  • Pioneer new sales strategies as the first field sales agent of your kind at The Modern Milkman
What we\'re looking for…

Essential Requirements:

  • Based in Manchester or within commutable distance (travel is part of the role!) with a UK valid driving licence
  • Proven track record of consistently hitting sales targets
  • Experience in field sales, door-to-door, or face-to-face sales roles
  • Excellent communication skills with a warm, engaging manner
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a competitive spirit
  • Resilient and optimistic - you bounce back quickly from rejection
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
  • Physically capable of being on your feet and active throughout the day
